Returns on fabric and other products that have to be cut to measure
We do not give credit or refunds on any product that has to be cut to measure, unless it clearly has a manufacturing fault.
We strictly cannot give refunds on thread as we are unable to prove it has not been used without unraveling the entire product.
Refunds for other items will only be given, if the product is faulty. The items have to be returned to us in or with their original packaging.
‘Change of mind’ does not apply to cut to measure products.
Please choose carefully and be mindful that there may be a colour difference from the product in reality to the same product displayed on the on the website.
Returns & Refunds
Unless faulty, the following items are not refundable:
All cut to measure products: e.g. fabric, elastic, lace, ribbons, binding, trims and/or any other product that has to be cut to measure.
Haberdashery items that are not in the original packaging.
Items that have not been bought from our store or website.
Discounts & Promotions
No extra discounts will be given on products already discounted, because of sales, promotions, sponsorships or other marketing discounts.
Haberdashery items are strictly excluded from any kind of discount including store wide discount promotions, wholesale discounts or sales.
All sale items are not refundable.
